Rons' Bio



In 1994, Ron Reinagel, C.B.C. completed the educational and experience requirements of the Institute of Certified Business Counselors by earning their highest level of membership, C.B.C. There are presently only 180 C.B.C.'s in the United States, with Ron being only the fifth so designated in Arizona. All C.B.C. r3pict.jpg (52679 bytes) Members are required to submit to, embrace and maintain adherence to a stringent written Code of Ethics as adopted by the Institute. The designation of C.B.C. has become well known nationally as a meaningful indication of the level of professionalism, experience, and quality of services provided  by each member so certified. Ron Reinagel entered the real estate profession in San Jose, CA in 1975. He currently holds a Real Estate Brokers License in Arizona and prior maintained a Brokers License in California for 18 years. He earned the designation of RECI (Real Estate Certificate Institute) in 1976, which requires over 500 college level hours specifically in the real estate profession. He graduated from The REALTORS Institute (GRI) in 1978. In his career, Ron has served as Vice President and Secretary of various Real Estate Associations, has owned several businesses and participated in the marketing of over $30,000,000 worth of commercial - investment real estate. He has served as a broker to nationally known clients assisting them with their retail, investment, and marketing requirements. Ron is also very experienced in preparing Business Evaluations. With the experience Ron has in the evaluation field, he is able to complete an evaluation consisting of approximately 25 pages at a very reasonable price. Ron is also a member of The Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and has served on their Commercial, Industrial and Investment Committee as a Certified Ethics Instructor, and Continuing Real Estate Education instructor in California. He specializes in the marketing of commercial and investment real estate, and counseling business owners and potential investors.
